Frosty the Friendly Snowman

Once upon a time, on a snowy winter day, the children of a small town built a cheerful snowman in the village square. They named him Frosty. Frosty had a big, round belly, a carrot for a nose, and a worn-out black top hat given by a little boy named Timmy. Everyone smiled when they finished, because Frosty looked very friendly.

As the evening fell and the children went home, something magical happened. Frosty came to life! He stretched his arms and looked up at the sky.

“What a wonderful night!” Frosty laughed, admiring the twinkling stars.

Frosty decided to explore the village. As he walked along the snowy streets, he met a small squirrel named Nutty, who was busy gathering acorns but looked very cold.

“Hello, Nutty! Why are you shivering so much?” Frosty asked kindly.

“Oh, Frosty, I’ve gathered all my acorns, but it’s so cold that I can’t stop shaking,” Nutty replied.

Frosty quickly took off his red scarf and wrapped it around Nutty’s tiny neck.

“Here you go, Nutty! This will keep you warm,” Frosty said with a smile.

Nutty thanked Frosty gratefully and scurried back up the tree to store his acorns safely.

Frosty continued his walk and soon met a small, white bunny named Snowflake, who was hiding under a bush.

“Hi, Snowflake! Why are you hiding here?” Frosty asked.

“I’m scared of the cold and the dark,” Snowflake said, shivering.

Frosty gently took Snowflake’s paw and said, “Don’t be afraid, Snowflake! I’m here with you, and we can enjoy the beautiful winter night together.”

They walked to a nearby clearing, where the moonlight made the snow sparkle like diamonds. Snowflake realized that the winter night wasn’t scary at all with a friend by her side.

As they walked, they spotted a little sled left behind by a tired child. Frosty placed Snowflake on the sled and happily pulled her along as they headed back to the village square.

The village was filled with Christmas lights, and all the townspeople had gathered for a celebration. When they saw Frosty, everyone clapped and cheered because they never expected their snowman to be so kind and helpful.

Timmy, the boy who gave Frosty his hat, ran up and hugged him.

“Frosty, you’re the best snowman we’ve ever built!” Timmy laughed.

Frosty bowed and said with a warm smile, “Thank you, kids! But it’s your love and kindness that made me so special.”

That evening, the whole town celebrated with Frosty, and everyone knew that the greatest gift of winter wasn’t the snow but the friendship and caring they shared.
